1 (8oz) package frozen and fully cooked Italian Meatballs
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 (14oz can) ready to serve beef broth
1 (14 1/2 oz can) Italian style diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked ditalini or small shell pasta
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Combine meatballs, vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and pasta in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Serve with cheese, as desired. 

One friend likes to cook the pasta separately, as she said it absorbs the water as it cooks and makes the soup thick.  Italian meatballs can be found at Martins or Sam's Club.
